Question: Is there an extra cost for booking the week of?

Answer: A $25 fee will be added to the birthday party booking if you are booking under 7 days in advance.

 

Question: How do you request a party?

Answer: You will find the 'birthday package registration form' under the "contact/register" tab.

Question: Do we travel outside of Cochrane?

Answer: We have decided to narrow our focus to strictly Cochrane and North West, Calgary parties. We can recommend other Calgary based parties for locations around or in Calgary.

Question: Do the characters need anything prepared for when they come to the party?

Answer: We ask for a space to be available in order for the characters to engage in games. Some of our games require an open area to jump and play around in; outside is always a great option but clear spaces in the living room or basement work as well!

Question: What should I be expecting the character to do?

Answer: We pride ourselves on the format of our engaging and entertaining character experiences. From the moment we arrive we bring the energy; from movement games and bingo to crafts and mini-makeovers! 

We are always willing to accommodate what you are looking for; if you would like us for cake or presents please let us know at the beginning of the parties. We ensure that all parties end with pictures and giving of a special gift and signed photograph to the birthday child.  

         

 

Question: How far in advance should I book the party?

Answer: We require birthday party bookings 2 weeks prior to the party date.

Questions: Why are the mascot parties more expensive than the other parties?

Answer: Mascot parties are at a higher cost because we require a walker (character of your choice) to facilitate in games and ensuring mascot safety.
